Meal Solutions:  Salad  from Beef Its Whats for Dinner

Autumn Steak and Fruit Salad

Layer cooked steak slices with salad greens, dried cranberries or golden raisins, pear or apple slices, and crumbled goat cheese. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing.

Beef Taco Salad

Layer taco-seasoned cooked ground beef crumbles with salad greens, chopped fresh tomato, shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced green olives, sliced green onions, sliced red onions and crushed tortilla chips. Serve with ranch dressing.

Beef, Vegetable and Grain Salad

Combine cooked beef slices, cooked brown rice, quinoa or couscous, grilled or roasted vegetables such as zucchini, yellow squash and asparagus, grape or cherry tomatoes and chopped fresh herbs. Drizzle with vinaigrette of your choice.

Steak and Asian Noodle Salad

Place cooked steak on top of a mixture of cooked whole wheat or regular thin spaghetti, sugar snap peas, shredded carrots and thinly sliced red bell peppers. Combine equal amounts of Asian vinaigrette and hoisin sauce. Drizzle over steak and pasta mixture; toss to combine. Top with sesame seeds.
